Important VIP Program Information

  • Participating customers should obtain their applicable authorization before completing the purchase or lease.
  • Educator and Military customers negotiate their vehicle price with the retailer before the additional $500 program discount is applied.
  • Applicable regional, customer, finance or lease incentives may further reduce the price, subject to program rules.
  • VIP program offers generally cannot be combined with another Subaru VIP program or certain Subaru promotional coupons.
  • Eligible VIP vehicles must be new Subaru vehicles that have not previously been titled or reported sold. Used vehicles and retailer demonstrators are excluded.
  • VIP customers are generally limited to two qualifying program transactions per calendar year.
  • Taxes, title, registration, license fees and applicable retailer fees remain the customer's responsibility.
  • Vehicle availability and program participation are subject to retailer discretion and applicable Subaru program rules.

Can I combine two VIP programs?

Generally, no. Subaru VIP and appreciation program discounts cannot be stacked with another VIP program offer.

Can I still receive other Subaru incentives?

Qualifying regional, customer, finance or lease incentives may apply depending on the program and the offers available at the time of purchase.

Do used Subarus qualify for the VIP & Appreciation Programs?

No. The VIP Educator, Military and Healthcare programs apply to eligible new Subaru vehicles. Used vehicles and retailer demonstrator vehicles are excluded.

What if ID.me cannot verify me?

ID.me manages eligibility verification for these programs. Customers experiencing verification issues should work directly with ID.me support before completing their Subaru program request.
